TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of

YunoAI LLC's products and services including Sheepy

and FAMILia ("Services"). By using our Services you

agree to these Terms.

SECTION 1: THE SERVICE

Sheepy is an SMS-based workforce management tool.

It provides automated check-in tracking, expense

logging, receipt management, and daily reporting

via text message.

FAMILia is a private AI communication tool designed

for family use.

SECTION 2: PRICING AND BILLING

Sheepy is offered at $79 per month for up to 15 workers.

New clients receive a 30-day free trial. No payment

information is required to start the free trial.

After the trial period your subscription will begin

at the agreed monthly rate. Founding-period clients

are locked at the rate agreed at signup forever.

Billing is processed through Stripe. YunoAI does not

store your payment card information.

SECTION 3: CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time by

contacting us at akafabiian@gmail.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current

billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

SECTION 4: SMS MESSAGING AND TCPA COMPLIANCE

By using Sheepy you agree to receive automated SMS

messages through our platform.

You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from

all workers you add to the system. Sheepy automatically

sends a consent text to each worker when added. You must

not add workers without their knowledge.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws including

the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

SECTION 5: HOURS AND PAY ESTIMATES

Sheepy calculates worker hours automatically based on

check-in and check-out times. Pay estimates are calculated

based on rates you provide.

All hours and pay figures are estimates for reference only.

You are responsible for verifying all hours and amounts

before processing payroll. YunoAI is not a payroll

processor and is not liable for payroll errors.

SECTION 6: TRANSLATION

Sheepy provides automated translation between English

and Spanish as a convenience feature. AI translation

is not certified and may contain errors.

Do not rely on automated translation for safety-critical,

legal, or medical communications. Always confirm

important instructions verbally.

SECTION 7: ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use our Services to:

— Violate any applicable law or regulation

— Harass, threaten, or harm any person

— Send spam or unsolicited messages

— Infringe on any intellectual property rights

— Attempt to reverse engineer our technology

SECTION 8: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All technology underlying our Services including

Signal Protocol, EVEE, the Anaglyph Protocol, Coffee

Beans, and Wave Architecture is the proprietary

intellectual property of YunoAI LLC. Patent applications

are pending. All rights reserved.

SECTION 9: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YunoAI's liability to you for any claim arising from

use of our Services is limited to the amount you paid

us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

YunoAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or

consequential damages.

SECTION 10: CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued

use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance

of the new Terms.
